One the 6th of November 2017 my left leg started giving me problems and I did not make much of it at first, but after a while, things went from bad to worse. I was admitted to Themba Hospital for treatments, but they were treating me for everything but my leg and the immediate problem that I presented to them. As my leg got worse with each passing day, blisters appeared all over my leg, which was then just scraped off in my hospital ward bed.

By middle November those blisters turned into dry Gangrene. As they were not treating me for the immediate problem which was my leg I then made a decision to RHT in the hopes of finding better Hospital treatment. On the 29 December 2017 my left limb was amputated at Barberton Government Hospital in Mpumalanga, after that it has been an ongoing battle with my leg and life. I have been suffering from infection after infection after picking up an S.Aureus virus while I was hospitalised and even though it is now a full year and one month later, my leg has still not improved.

I now have Osteomyelitis and I cannot endure the pain anymore, I need to go and see a specialist and I cannot afford it. I have a little girl to take care of, she is now in grade 6 and she needs me and I want to be there for her as a whole person. I need to take care of my little girl and not the other way around, so please open your hearts and help me to be able to get rid of all these infections and to get a prosthesis.

Thanking you in advance.
