My name is Melanie Payne. I am 43 years old and the mother of Judah, a five year old blessing. I am a cancer survivor and have been In remission for 15 years. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and there is no cure. Because of my illness, I have lost my job. I am in constant severe pain I also have type 1 diabetes, osteoporosis in my spine.

My dream has always been to travel to America. My church ladies group is going in April 2018 and I would love to go. Please help me making my dream a reality
