#Church in the wild Cape Town has been feeding the homeless for the past 6 months. Every Saturday we head out to town, and feed and pray with homeless people. The more we do this the more we realize that people who live on the street have had so many traumatic experiences that have led them to live on the street, being alone and isolated from family, for whatever reason that may have led them to the street, our heart is always to awaken hope in people, that where they are is not where they will always be.
This Christmas we are wanting to put together gift bags, as many will go and spend time with family this Christmas, many of our homeless friends will not, and will receive nothing. We are gathering up all funds to collect as many gifts as possible and put them into a gift bag to give to our friends living on the street, before Christmas. All donations will go towards collecting gifts that will be useful to the homeless people, and also remind them that they are loved, cared for and that there is hope for them too.
