We love our beautiful country but we dream of making a better life for our family.
However, moving to Canada is a costly process, especially since I am an Occupational Therapist. As it stands I have to complete a very costly process of accreditation and registration with the relevant parties just to be able to apply for work in Canada. This process will also require that I travel to Canada twice for in-person tests/interviews, which only adds to the financial burden. The total cost of this process comes to about R150 000 (11000 CAD) after all is said and done.
