On 30 November 2017, my left leg was amputated below the knee due to cellulitis. I do not have a medical aid or the means to pay for the prosthetic leg. Needless to say my life was turned upside down. I never thought that I would be in this situation.

I am a mother and wife and I urgently need a leg so that I can resume my responsibilities and feel like a normal person. So far we have raised R 3,800.00 through friends and family. At this rate it will take a very long time to raise sufficient funds.
