I am a father of 3 boys, paying for all their needs. My dream is to start a food truck in Cape Town, where I would not only serve up delicious food to locals and international visitors, but also be able to spend more time with my sons. The work I currently do takes me away for long periods at a time and must sacrifice being away from them. The food truck would give me an opportunity not only to see them more, but also show Cape Town what good food on the go is all about.
I have brilliant ideas and understand the need to serve the customer something special, at a good price, where they would leave with a full belly, satisfied, and still have money in the pocket. This has been a dream of mine. I am good at cooking, but do not have the financial means after taking care of the boy’s monthly needs. If I receive donations, I will not fail, and will make people proud, Thanks and hope you get to taste my delicious dishes somewhere down the line.
