BRING AMOGELANG HOME – GOAL R25 000
We are asking for your support in raising funds for a very special young girl named Amogelang Mthimkulu. Amo is currently in initiation school to become a Traditional Healer, and she is only 17 years old. Her calling to become a healer has been with her since the age of 13, and she has shown great dedication and passion towards her training.
In South Africa, initiation school is a sacred and important part of the traditional healing journey. It is a time for deep spiritual learning, personal growth, and connection to ancestral wisdom. However, the cost of initiation school can be high, and many families struggle to afford it. This is where we need your help.
Amo’s mother, Nomahlubi Mthimkhulu, is creating this campaign to raise money for her daughter’s homecoming ceremony, which is a crucial part of the initiation process. The homecoming ceremony is a celebration of the initiate’s successful completion of the training, and it is an opportunity for the community to come together and honour the initiate’s journey.
We are asking for your support in raising R25 000 to cover the cost of Amo’s homecoming ceremony. Your donation will go directly towards paying for transport for the traditional healers bringing her home, the cow, goat and chickens and other necessary expenses.
