My name is Slindile, I am writing this motivation on behalf of my friend who is in desperate need of a testicular torsion operation which has taken a toll in his life physically and emotionally. It has been long overdue.

I am pleading on behalf of my friend he needs to do his operation as it seems that it might even destroy his testicle if not attend to as soon as possible. We have tried raising funds from our side but it’s not coming along as we expected and we still trying other options.
