I am Nelisiwe Gumede from Ndwedwe , Kwa Zulu Natal. I have been granted with an opportunity to study at University of KwaZulu-Natal to do postgraduate certificate in education ( PGCE ) but I’m having financial difficulties to pay my registration fee.
