Hi I am Ricco. I have managed to buy my house after I divorced from my ex-wife which was a huge accomplishment with my salary.
It was my dream to fix it up and rent it out on air-bnb or whatever platform. I just could not manage to fix the house to a standard it needs to be to do so.
I want to raise funds and in return give everyone who donates let say a R1000 a full weeks stay when I have finished restoring the house to the standard that it needs to be. It sounds silly to ask for money for this cause but I really just can’t afford to fix it up. I can barely manage to pay the mortgage.
