My name is Sphamandla. I am here for help to my brother (5yrs)who needs are wheelchair it is hard for him to do things because was born without legs it so sad because at home we are a family of 8 and no one is working, the only income that we get is social grants so anyone who can help please help him.
Because even him it hard to things for himself there was a time where he tried to commit suicide, he done that 2 times so we as a family we are scared of how to handle this matter.
We don’t have a money so plz anyone who is willing to help plz help her.
