NEW PLASTIC MOULDING PROCESS – GOAL R 100 000

I have developed a new process for moulding large plastic components. The process will mould products quicker and more efficiently than injection moulding.

Start up and mould costs will be much lower than with injection moulding. Product quality will be better as blow holes cannot form with this process and production times can be decreased drastically.

I am currently in South Africa, and need funding to optimize my production methods, obtain patent protection on my process, and then get to trade shows in the USA and/ or Europe to get customers interested in changing over to my process. You will notice that the finish on the products that I have made is rough. This is because I did not use purpose made tooling, and used components and steel that I had lying around.
