PROPERTY INVESTOR – R100 000
Good morning Sir/Madam
I trust that you are well.
Firstly, I have to commend you on what you are doing, it’s very inspirational.
So at the moment I am self employed doing blinds, shutters and trellis doors, which I started in 2018.
My dream have always been to be a property Investor since when I was at school.
It would be great if you can assist me to make it a reality.
My idea is to buy and let properties to the working public. There’s a company called TUHF that helps potential property entrepreneurs in this journey. They need a 20% deposit, about R100k on a R500k property, to finance the balance. The tenants would automatically be the ones servicing the bond. So my thinking is, if I can obtain the funds, then it can be paid directly to them, to acquire my first investment property.
Our country is having a massive housing shortage and this is also a motivating factor for me. Also, to create potential jobs is high on my list because unemployment is a big problem for us.
The idea is to convert a property into units to maximise profitability for it to be a viable idea going forward. I would love to embark on this journey to empower myself and potential employees to create a better life for all involved.
