RIDERS INITIATIVE – R20 000
In my few weeks of riding at track and attending Race Riding courses, I have found myself being acquainted with numerous individuals (more names than any superhuman would be able to remember) who are working so hard to learn the ropes of racing as a jockey – some of whom have only been riding a couple months and others for over 10 years. 🐴
Majority of these people are less fortunate but show up everyday with a positive attitude and give their best in all they do regardless of their personal circumstances.
I am creating this fundraiser in hopes to help make a difference in to as many of these individuals’ lives as possible in gathering basic riding safety equipment such as helmets/skull caps, boots, body protectors, gloves, etc. and funds for other needs such as food and transport/petrol in order to attend courses to obtain their permits to ride in races.
If anyone is able to help in anyway, it would be greatly appreciated and any act of kindness given will be received by someone that it will make the world of difference to! 🙏💛🏇🏼
