SUPPORT DAD WITH MOTONEURON – GOAL R50 000
My dad was diagnosed with Motoneuron disease. It all started with a slurred speech, and it quickly progressed to him being unable to walk, talk or swallow. He recently got the PEG inserted because he could not swallow, and it caused lung infection. My dad is now only allowed to drink Pure protein, FREBUSIN shakes and ensure. He needs to get 5 feeds a day through the tube. And the feeds alone are about R250 a day.
We would just like to get some donations to assist with his daily feeds and if he requires any other daily supplements. All donations will go towards my dad’s needs and our daily living expenses and proof of all purchases will be supplied when donations are received. My mother is really exhausted as my dad does not sleep well because his body gets sore, so she gets very little sleep in. We just need assistance no matter how small every little bit will be appreciated. My dad is also in a wheelchair, and we need to bath him and dress him. His has lost 30kg in last 5 months since he was diagnosed.
