Furthermore, owning equity in companies also facilitate easy and fair distribution of wealth to broad based employees.
Employee Ownership has proven to be a model with potential in contributing to creating jobs, saving jobs, address success planning, saving companies that are about to close down etc. Employee Ownership is growing faster as the right economic policy.
