FOR THE ANIMALS AND THE PEOPLE – GOAL $65 000
Hi, My name is Michelle Harrison and I have decided to try and take control of my destiny. Since the start of the Covid pandemic I have gone through retrenchments and not working due to not being able to find work for over a year an a half. I have again been retrenched from my current position, just when I thought things were taking a positive turn.
I own a piece of property which is 9 951sqm in size and would like to try and start my own business. I would like to designate half of the land to building an animal shelter and the other half to growing vegetables to provide to the community.
I will be totally off grid and the land is on a wetland which means I can make use of borehole water.
The reason I want to embark on this journey is because I want to provide my services to help animals in need and also to give back to the community.
