Heidi ( an orphan from the mountains) is an amazing little dog that we rescued from a farm in Tulbagh. When we found her, she was completely infested with ticks and fleas and her owners had slowed a broken hind-leg to just heal without vet care.
Why she needs your helping hand: After taking her to the vet we have been told that she will need extensive surgery to fix the damaged leg – but the good news is that he believes he can do it and give her full use of her leg. This is amazing since she is still a baby and loves to play and explore- only being hindered by her injury. The bad news- we need R8000 for the operation.
So we are asking for any help you can give. Please help us give Heidi a leg up and a real chance at a better life! She truly is the sweetest little creature and it would just really be a blessing if you could help us help her!
