My Dad was murdered on his farm in December 2015. If dealing with his brutal death wasn’t enough, we are now dealing with his last wishes that are not being fulfilled.
My Dads wishes were that I will be appointed as a Trustee of the farm trust and that I have full use of all Trust assets. This has not happened and we now have had to seek legal advice as to how we can ensure my Dad’s wishes are in fact fulfilled.
We all know that this is a long and costly process. We have exhausted all our savings and available funds to put back into the farm believing that my Dads wishes would be met.
Finally, we would also like to give back to our farming community who have offered us the most amazing support. In an effort to increase our security we would like to install cameras on our access roads to identify suspicious vehicles/people.
