Northern Stars Majorettes is the only Drum Majorette Club in the Northern parts of Pretoria.
We compete in Provisional league competitions with the Gauteng Majorette and Cheerleading Association, as well as National league competitions with the South African Majorette and Cheerleading Association.
Our Junior and Senior teams’ offer Grade 1 – Grade 12 girls from different schools, backgrounds and ethnicity, the opportunity to participate in this Elite-sport, and build lasting friendships during practice and big competitions.
We rely solely on the funding of our supportive parents, and our own fundraisers for our day to day expenses, including training fee’s, team-and-competition registrations, travel, food, uniform, props etc.
To ease the additional financial burden on our parents, and cut costs to attend the South African Majorette National Championships, we seek donations or sponsorships (projected at an amount of R4, 500-00 per member) for our team of girls and their 2 coaches’ to cover the travel cost and accommodation in East London during their weeks’ stay in June 2019.

It is our goal as a Drum Majorette club to build a lasting relationship with any who wish to be involved in the development of young ladies in the sport, and wish to make our sponsors proud and we would contribute successfully in the marketing and visibility of the sponsor to a wide audience, to see the sponsor grow in business due to a successful marketing relationship with our club.

Our club’s aim:
To accommodate and give unlimited young ladies in our surrounding area the opportunity to participate in Drum Majorettes, to build up their self-confidence, learn how to be more disciplined, improve their concentration and form part of a well-established team.
