Hello everybody!
During our first lockdown in this Covid-19 Pandemic I lost my job, and my husband was unable to work being a non-essential worker. To provide for our kids we started selling unused items in our house that was gathering dust. (We all have that one storage space, right?)
Some items I took a gamble on, thinking no one would want it. But to my surprise everything sold.
This got me thinking… so many people are now in dire need of finances and unable to work or find work since this pandemic started.
My aim is to get the funds to be able to buy these unwanted pre-loved items and find new buyers for them. Thus, giving others the opportunity to make some money.
This would also allow us to create two new job opportunities for a driver to help collect/load items, and a helper to help sort through and clean items.
I would really appreciate any help as to allow me to help the people in my community. I hope you can share in my vision for this project.
