R300 of R1 million raised
There are so many squatter camps springing up everywhere in South Africa, filled with people who have lost their jobs, homes and possessions. They have nothing left. Not even their dignity. My aim is to help feed and clothe these people, by using the funds not only to buy the necessities but also to buy seeds and the necessary implements to help them feed themselves.
That is if we can find them a place on a farm or smallholding. The current government does not assist, and government pensions, and child grants are not nearly enough for food, not even mentioning clothing or accommodation. I need so much more than I’m allowed to ask for but, I will do what I can.
