My name is Elana. I have four beautiful daughters. My little one is 3 years old and had a major surgery which almost claimed her life and left her on oxygen for two days in September.

My husband was also retrenched in September, clearly September wasn’t a good month for me.

Specialist visits have left my savings account depleted. I am hoping someone would find it in their hearts to assist with school uniforms and stationary and some relief from our medical bills.
