My name is hajira nkonyeni and I’m 27 years old…I’m raising a child with an extra chromosome I call it my babies name is hamida she’s turning 5 years old..ill say one of the cutest babies ever. I had hamida through a tough process where I was told I wasn’t going to manage raising her I was too young as well but I really did it…my baby is turning 5years old on the 30 July and I’m so happy we came this far I won’t lie and say raising a child with disabilities is easy it hard and challenging since everyone won’t understand the pressure and stress one goes through but we keep it going with a smile…it’s draining attending those appointments and surgeries but it’s was worth it my family’s support means everything and I’m grateful I’m planning a huge birthday celebration for her to celebrate our hard times together staying in hospitals for months I just want her to enjoy her self I’m a little low on funds and will love assistance in making this birthday come true for my little hamida I always say we were not given special children because we are special people I am a completely marginal hot mess mom who is evolving and growing to be what her children need I am the you,you would be if your child had a disability too…and that saying always keeps me going all the time any amount will help me and I would appreciate it thank you so much
