NEED FINANCIAL SUPPORT – GOAL R100 000
My name is Nickey Pretorius, my husband Riaan lost his work six months ago and just started a new job as contractor, thus we had to get our own medical aid which we could not due to the fact we struggled to get back on our feet again. Riaan struggled with his stomach for quite some time. On Sunday it got worse and out of desperation he went to the Casualty ward at Midmed hospital in Middelburg. They treated him until Monday morning, On Monday morning his two brothers paid money for scans that needed to be done, after the scans came back, he was informed that he needs an emergency operation on his colon which seems like it got a tumor of six centimeters, seeing that we did not had a medical aid they wanted cash upfront to help him. Once again, his brothers helped him with the money for the operation and doctors. We still need a R100 000.00 for his recovery and after care.
