I am a teacher by profession, but have a God given talent of designing clothes. That is my passion, my drive and my dream. Right now I am working from home, with my one broken machine that doesn’t even do zigzag or button holes. I need to buy an industrial machine, an over locker and an embroidery machine. I also need to buy adjustable dressmaker dolls for fitting when making outfits, a table where I can work and cut out outfits, mirrors, materials, threads, buttons, labels, packaging and so many things that I need to make my business ok.
I already have a FB page that is advertising my line. I have established a client base, but not yet a brand. I’m busy with making it a brand name. The name is Down To Earth by Mazzy Creations, which in short is D2E. Mazzy Creations make so many things, e.g… Handmade frames, earrings, necklaces, cover shoes and make traditional handbags. This will also be included in future.
I need this money to help me build my business, be able to employ and train people to help me as it grows. As a single parent, I cannot afford to do all this, because I still have kids at schools. This business is what keeps me hoping that my future will be brighter.
