My name is Phumzile Tyulu. I am 32 years of age. I am a very determined person, a hustler. I live in a small township in the Drakenstein Winelands called Mbekweni in the Western Cape. I live with my father who is unemployed and two brothers and a sister. I am the eldest.
I am raising funds so I can better myself by furthering my studies. I need funds for my first year university studies at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in the Western Cape. I currently doing a Diploma in Construction my majors are Construction Management, Quantity surveying, Site surveying. I have always been fascinated with buildings and how to overcome the challenge of overcrowding in the world.
I finish my Matric in 2006 and I was unable to further my studies because of financial issues. I live with my father, he can’t support my studies as he has to feed me and my two brothers and a sister which they are still in school.
I need to further my studies so I can better provide for my family in the near future. I want to have my own construction company and be able to open job opportunities for my community as well as the rest of South Africa because we are a country which has high unemployment rate and a country that is struggling to overcome the challenge of overcrowding.
