The Put Foot Rally is a Charity race that spans over 6 countries in Southern Africa, that is South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique.

It is an adventure race that entails the exploring of the said countries, see the majestic parts of Southern Africa. Not only does the race entail fun, it’s also about charity and the protection of endangered wildlife species.
Not only is it fun, but it’s fulfilling to play a part in disadvantaged communities, especially kids by buying them shoes and other school necessities, something that other privileged children or communities would take for granted. It’s about spreading the love, and above all showing who we are as people, Ubuntu. As it says on their web page its all about giving young underprivileged children “Hope, Pride and Dignity” through the gift of a pair of brand new, quality, school shoes!
In that regard, any sponsorship of any kind would be appreciated, but the key aspect to note is that the journey has to be done and completed comfortably. I have a vehicle, a double cab (luckily) that needs to be in tip-top shape for the drive as this is roughly an 11000-mile drive over 20 days, so you can imagine. So in a nutshell, funds donated would be used to cover fuel, food and border costs, luckily the vehicle is insured. Also, the funds would be used to purchase additional donation items that will be given to the kids on top of the shoes and stationery. At the end of it all, all money would be put to good use.
I know some might ask, what do I offer in return. I offer advertising, sponsors can brand my vehicle with their logos (of course, this is in line with competition regulations) and for every image taken, sponsors will have exclusive rights to use those images on their corporate social pages or in any of their print and electronic media.
I also believe being a part of this awesome and fulfilling journey is a blessing on its own, and as such I will be eternally grateful for any assistance to make this possible.
