Greetings Dear Friends and Families

We express our heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to read our story below. To all those who have already extended their help and support, we cannot thank you enough.

On the somber day of May 30, 2023, tragedy befell the Mdakane Family in Newcastle, South Africa. Their house was engulfed by a devastating fire, reducing it to mere ashes. Miraculously, five family members managed to escape through the windows, though they were left with nothing but the garments on their backs.

This unforeseen event is something one can never truly prepare for, and grappling with what to do in the aftermath is immensely challenging. In a split second, the Mdakane family found themselves without a place to call home, with only the clothes they wore, and the heart-wrenching loss of their beloved animals.

Today, we humbly extend our reach, seeking assistance and support in any form possible. We understand the trying times we all face, so even a kind word or a prayer of encouragement means the world to us. By sharing our narrative on the digital platform, we aspire to touch a wider audience, for modest contributions from many can have a substantial impact in aiding the Mdakane family in rebuilding their lives.
