I would like to buy land next to rural developments, develop that land into sustainable farming, give jobs and food to the residents and build up their homes to be permanent safe structures.

The land next to these townships is cheaper than normal, and food is a necessity. Once these structures are in place we can look at funding for the individual building of homes.
