Everyone knows the APP WISH; this app allows people to buy items for a bargain. There is a supplier of Moon Cups (menstrual device), who has offered the cups for free. The only fee you need to pay is the shipping fee. I have already ordered a batch. My goal is to raise funds to offer and help the young woman, the homeless, and many others, this safe and reusable application. Every woman has the right to feel good about themselves, and never have to worry about where their next pad or tampon will come from again.
I work with a local Foundation that will be assisting me on the distribution/collection of the cups, and work closely with charities and locals. Help me, Help them.
As little as R100 can help buy a set of Moon Cups. These cups will help ease the financial burden to a lot of women. A choice between a meal and something to help with her monthlies is a very hard choice to make. So I would like to help the woman, not to have to make that choice.
Many have had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) which is caused by the use of tampons. Many women suffer from this and not many know it can be fatal. These Tampons and Pads are not biodegradable and are very unhygienic.
Condoms are free to the public and are hardly ever used, these are optional. Sex is optional… A menstrual cycle is not.
