My name is Clarié Booyens. I’m a proud wife, mother and pre-school teacher. Towards the middle of this year, I started suffering from terrible headaches and an excruciating pain in my jaw. I went to my GP who put me on antibiotics and pain medication, but nothing seemed to be helping. My GP then suggested I go visit my dentist as I may have an abscess. The dentist confirmed I did have an abscess and that immediate intervention was required. In total, I had 4 abscesses and 2 teeth pulled. An emergency root canal was also done.
My jaw bone is disintegrating and the next step is for a bridge to be built and to have implants. So far this has cost me over 20k. I do not have medical aid and all my personal savings are depleted. The costs going forward will be another 30k which I simply cannot afford. Please help me save my smile!
