When my husband passed away my world turned upside down. Not only did I have to cope with the devastating loss of my soulmate, but I was suddenly in a role I never imagined for myself that of a single mother.
My husband had always been the primary breadwinner, and without him I found myself struggling to make ends meet.
To make matters worse, I have no family or friends to turn to for help. I feel alone and overwhelmed and it seemed like every day brought a new financial challenge.

Despite my best efforts to cut costs and find work I am unable to keep up with my bills and was behind on the rent and also lose the house. I had to sell all my personal belongings, all our furniture, my car,  just to make ends meet. But it wasn’t enough.
