R0 of R300 000 raised
A 5-year-old boy was bitten by a Puffadder on Wednesday, 28th March 2018. He has been admitted to a private hospital, but the family does not have medical aid. The initial bill has already been in excess of R100 000, and he will require surgery to clean the bite site, and potentially a skin graft once the doctors have evaluated the damage.
