Greetings everyone. My name is Abigail Donn and I reside in East London. have a desperate appeal to save my 2 year old girl.
She was born with a rare condition known as syndactyly on both hands (as fingers are webbed together) and also diagnosed with a heart murmur.
I am trying to get a surgery done so she can live a normal life but as it stands, conditions are unfavorable and i do not have the financial means to do so. I am humbly appealing to any kind soul that would assist in donating towards her operation.
