Our daughter baby Luna Grace is in need of serious medical attention. She is only 2 weeks old and has been found to have a hole in her heart. As parents, we have expended our medical aid and our bank accounts have been emptied for the procedure. She is required to undergo urgent surgery for the matter.
Furthermore, we have reached that point where we do not even have food in the house and both baby Luna and her mother must follow a proper diet for baby Luna’s health. Our little Ray of sunshine is at risk of perishing if we do not tend to the matter urgently. As parents we are asking each and every able body to help by donating proceeds towards the remainder of her surgery.
