FEEDING PROJECT – GOAL R50 000
Being a mom suffering with PTSD and severe depression, I have recently tried to commit suicide, not realizing the impact this had on my family. They went days without food, electricity as well as petrol to get to school and back.
I would love to help people in similar situations and give back what my family has lost. Knowing now how hard it has been for them to survive day by day.
My goal is to support suicide victims and their families cope with the loss of income as well as teaching them new skills to help provide for their families in the future. I want to provide meals for the children staying behind and show them love at the same time.
I understand what they are going through, and it can’t be easy to cope with the emotional stress on an empty tummy, in the dark with no means to go to school.
