Sweet Fluffy Perfection
My dear friend, Siegfried Kitching, wants to be the proud Owner/Chef of Zig Zag Health Cafe at Montana Family Market in Pretoria.
His signature dishes will be a selection of sweet and savoury pancakes. On the savoury side there are Biltong & Avo, Mutton Curry, Bobotie mince, Creamy Chicken & Bacon, Avo & Feta, and Chilly Atjhar. On the sweet side he has traditional Cinnamon & Sugar, Chocolate and Nut spread, Caramel and Banana, Lemon Meringue, Honey and Syrups.
Also on the menu will be Curry Bunnies, Mutton, Chicken and Vegetable Curry chow. Inquire about gourmet sandwiches and sushi pancakes.
He waved the world of gourmet cooking farewell and joined the foodies at the informal flea markets. His pancakes were once called “sweet, fluffy, perfection” by a food critic. I believe that his passion for wholesome cuisine, the pleasure he takes in authentic dishes and commitment to high standards make him an ideal candidate for funding.
He was a food trader at markets, festivals and events and specialized in traditional pancakes to high acclaim of the media and public. It is exactly as cool as it sounds. I am a pancake fiend. Talk about wowing the crowd with a tantalizing product, pancakes will never falter. Pancakes are the new bread.
His mission is founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective to make healthy plant-based food available to the whole family, which offers one of the fastest paths to health. If you want to join him on this journey and evolve with him while leading the way for health-conscious business.
His vision is to help citizens of the world live better by making healthy food convenient and affordable. To provide top quality products at the lowest possible price and surprise each guest with personal care and service. “I am ready to step fully into my purpose.”
I would like to thank you for taking time out to view his way back as a vendor after the pandemic.
Thank you and God bless.
