I am a small business owner who worked from and due to the harsh and long lockdown, I couldn’t save any money. The few months that I could work (when we were allowed again, forced me to put almost everything back into the small businesses to survive).
Currently I am about 8 months pregnant and the reality of caring for my little one stares me in the eyes every day.
Therefore, the reason for this campaign is to ask a 1000 people for a R100 donation, so I will be able to provide for my baby, to help with medical costs and to get through these 4 months maternity leave (until I can continue with my small business again).
