Jonny was playing a Club u21 match Park vs Crusaders/SAPS and suffered a serious injury to his face and jaw. he was kick while at the bottom of a ruck and suffered a double fracture to the jaw. He does not have Medical Aid at this time. We are trying to help him and his Family in a time of need. He need a operation to correct and reset his Jaw.
