So in order for me to tell you my story, I should probably start by telling you who I am.
My name is Chantal Goosen and I am from Jeffrey’s Bay, South Africa. I have an absolute crazy passion for animals and their well-being. Many pet stores around the globe have such a bad reputation because they sell animals.
I use to have a pet store in St Francis Bay and I re-homed neglected or unwanted animals like Hamsters, Fish, Snakes basically any animal that Pet owners could no longer care for.
I would like to open a pet store with a difference. I would like to have an online animal organisation that re-homes such animals in South Africa. I would like to work with Charities across the country in order to re-home pets to responsible and eligible owners. With this I would like to open a pet centre where animals can come for the day or week when owners have obligations they cannot miss because of their pet’s so they know that their pets are safe.
So long story short I would like to be the go-to pet person for the whole country, providing advice, re-homing assistance, pet insurance, products for their pets with a country wide delivery, grooming services, I want to hold pet care meetings and educate new pet owners all around the country. I would like to provide training to individuals with low incomes but a passion for pets, who would like to offer grooming services.
The opportunities are endless and I would like to be remembered in the pet industry with you the person who I need to help me and change the entire business trade for the better. So if you too have a passion for pets and change, and can afford to donate, please help me. I have the skills and the mind set to do it, my heart is fired up with motivation. I just don’t have the finances to succeed.
Thank you so much to those of you who indeed help me and help save a pets’ life. I believe that when pet owners are well educated and well equipped then they have the best chance of giving their pet the best life possible.
Thank you in advance for any donations.
