We are in the process of starting a home bakery that will initially focus on producing a variety of bread and a selection of pastry products such as croissants, danish pastry, babka, baguettes, challah, country breads etc.
We will be delivering to surrounding businesses and homes. We will also be having a stand at some of Cape Town’s local food markets. This is the initial phase of a larger project. We hope to purchase a food truck where will be able to further market our product, the final goal is to have a full-scale bakery premises.
We need your help to purchase a larger oven that will enable us to bake a larger volume more efficiently.
