I am a young Chef who is extremely passionate about cooking and the culinary world, it’s my dream to study the culinary arts and become the leading face in the culinary world. I have spent the last five years dedicated to food, attending online seminars, reading articles, studying cookbooks, and cooking. I know that with enough hard work and dedication I will be able to leave my mark on the culinary world.
I want to take it by storm and be the new face of food. I am a Type 1 Diabetic, so naturally, I need to have a close relationship with food, with this funding I will not only be able to fund my dream of attending culinary school, but I can then acquire the knowledge to help fellow Diabetics with food, nutrition, and health.
I have been accepted to study at the country’s most acclaimed culinary school, the Silwood School of Cookery, my dream school as well as my first choice of culinary schools. However, the fees to attend school are very expensive, and unfortunately, I have only one parent, a single mother of 3 that works multiple jobs.
When I get my culinary degree I hope to help put my siblings through university as well. It would mean the world to me and my mom if I could have the opportunity to study there, every donation gets me a step closer to my dream. Thank you!
