Hi there my baby girl she needs a open heart surgery soon she has a hole in her heart, she is 6 months’ old her father lost his job, We don’t have a medical aid we don’t stay close to the hospital, she has a VSD and we just want to give our baby a second chance on life. We have proof she is our world and mommy smiley face please help us to help our little baby girl. Please help her. She has 2 sisters that love her. She needs medicine everyday to help her.
