I am single father to a 5 year old son, after 5 years of renting a backroom. I felt we need stability with my son, I then applied for home loan which gladly got approved. Most documents been signed.

I am not struggling to raise the Transfer And oind registration cost because I only qualified for old house as new developments were above my affordability. I need approximately R45 000 rand for attorney to process any registrations.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

NB: I am first time home buyer; I didn’t know much on such cost.
