CHRISTIAN CHURCHES DESTROYED – R20 000
Be part of a cause greater than ourselves…
On 16 August, in the town near Faisalabad in Pakistan, 13 Christian churches and 300 Christian houses were burnt and destroyed in attacks on the Christian community.
The families are currently living in the fields and on the streets without shelter. All their belongings have burnt to ashes. They have no shelter, clothes, food, or utensils.
Dr Francois Meyer of 1815 Ministries is closely in contact with a church in the area and have been mentoring the church elders for a few months now.
The elders of the church are in the frontlines in supporting these families.
We have already donated some funds toward the families, and we have purchased some cooking utensils and maize meal for food and food preparation in the field.
But it was only enough for a few families.
They will also need new Bibles, among other things. And then they still need to rebuild their houses.
