Hope you are doing well and safe from the pandemic disease – coronavirus.
On behalf of Siphofaneni Church of Christ, I hereby request your helping hand in assisting with donations for a church structure.
Siphofaneni church is from the Kingdom of Eswatini. It is located in a drought and poverty-stricken region of the country. Our membership stands at 48 including 18 Sunday school children and adults. The church was given birth by a Dlamini family in 2004. We’ve been holding our Sunday meetings at a rented preschool flat all along until last year 2019 when the landlord stopped us using her premises.
Currently, the church congregates at a member’s house which is no longer conducive to some church members as are reluctant coming and some chosen not to come at all. The church has a good potential of growing both physically and spiritually. In collaboration with the government and NGOs, Siphofaneni church is also fighting crime and corruption in the area. Not only fighting the crime and corruption in the community but also transforming many souls to Christ by preaching the gospel and living a Christian life.
We therefore, ask for your extended helping hand in this matter. Both the church and the community will be beneficiaries in this campaign. On the other hand, we would like to meet our Sunday school children’s needs as some are less privileged. They are in need of biblical material and gifts, food, clothing, education and medical aid to name a few.
