Hi. My name is Thobeka Ngcane. I am a 24-year-old single mother, my baby daddy passed away when I was 3 months pregnant, and I am a self-taught fashion designer.

I’ve always wanted to be a fashion designer from a very young age. One day I spent the whole day on the internet learning how to sew. I’ve been renting a sewing machine for a while now just to familiarize myself with making clothes.

I want to buy my own now and start a business so I can provide for my daughter.
