I am student from Tshwane University of Technology owing the institution R1310 and won’t be able to return to school next year.

I come from a poor background where they can’t afford to pay the money. The reason I am owing the institution it, is because of not getting a bursary early. I am studying bachelor of diagnostic radiography.

I am asking anyone who can be able to help me. I am first year student.
