LIVVY’S HEART OPERATION

Our sweet little girl, Livvy, is an almost 2-year-old dachshund.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when Livvy was diagnosed with severe pulmonic stenosis, a life-threatening heart condition. After countless vet visits, tests, and consultations, we were told the devastating news: without urgent surgery, Livvy has approximately six months left to live.

The only chance to save her life is a highly specialized patch graft operation, which has been booked for 8 June 2026. While we are grateful there is hope for our little girl, the reality is heartbreaking — the surgery and essential aftercare will cost around R100 000.

As much as we wish we could carry this burden alone, the costs are simply beyond what we can manage on our own in such a short time. That is why we are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for help.

Livvy is full of life, love, and personality. She adores cuddles, follows us everywhere, and has the funniest little dachshund attitude that keeps us smiling even on the hardest days. She still greets every morning with excitement and trust, unaware of the battle happening inside her tiny heart.

We cannot imagine losing her so young, especially when there is still a chance to save her life.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Livvy’s surgery, hospital care, medications, and recovery. And if you are unable to donate, simply sharing her story could help us reach someone who can.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read Livvy’s story and for helping us fight for more time with our precious girl.

With love and gratitude,
Livvy’s family

CT SCAN FOR LYMPHOMA

I am a 36 year old male and I was diagnosed with Advanced Bullous Lung Disease on 30 March 2026 and I have also been showing signs and experiencing symptoms of Lymphoma.
I have always been a generally healthy person and rarely got sick, and although I have had a very tough and challenging life, I am still standing, fighting and trying my best every day because I still believe in the goodness of people and this world in spite of what I have been through.

The last 5 months I have been experiencing concerning symptoms that at first didn’t cause much notice but gradually progressed and got worse. Initially I had one swollen and hard, but painless lump right next to my windpipe, and I would get out of breath quickly when walking, sometimes to the point where I have to sit down immediately. Since I am unemployed and have been job hunting intensely for a long while now, I do not have medical aid but managed to gather enough money for an appointment with a private doctor.

I went to see the doctor on 30 March 2026 and at this point I still had the hard lump next to my windpipe as well as 6 swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. In addition to that the lymph nodes under my arms and in my groin area are also swollen and hard and I have also been experiencing symptoms like night sweats, extreme fatigue, constant fever, weight loss, itching and chest pain. The doctor examined me and was concerned about lymphoma so he ordered a chest X – Ray and blood tests immediately.

After 3 days I went back to him and the chest X-Ray revealed that I have Bullous lung disease which is advanced and a large portion of my right lung is already destroyed by the disease. Bullous Lung Disease is manageable but unfortunately incurable and progressive. The X-Ray also revealed that I have Nodular Infiltrates in the lower zones of my lungs which is also a strong indicator that I might have Lymphoma as well. I need funds for a CT scan please help.
